Being a B.Com Graduate from Punjab University, Chandigarh, I have a rich 35 years of business experience of dealing in Automobile components giants like Castrol lubricants, TATA & Ashok Leyland commercial vehicle parts and Exide batteries as a wholesaler.I have won prestigious awards in the field of trading and sale performances during the course of my automobile trading business along with long term achievement award from Castrol India Pvt Ltd. jWith a long term vision of manufacturing , It has been 4 years since I have started the automotive components manufacturing business in the name of “Shavron Industries” and during this period I along with my family have managed to achieve various benchmarks in this business in terms of manufacturing more intricate parts of automotive, aerospace and healthcare industry.
Alongside component manufacturing I have also gained experience in Machine manufacturing & industrial automations. I have sharpened these technical skills by visiting various seminars & exhibitions and studying this subject deeply. I have full confidence in growing my business in the field of precision engineering & CNC machine manufacturing sector.

I was introduced to industrial environment since childhood by my father. I have more than 20 years of successful experience in sales, purchase and entire management in family business. I am currently the director of human resource management in the company. I provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, and labor relations. I am also responsible for overseeing employee benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and rewarding.

With an educational background in Mechatronics Engineering, my skill lies in the core technicalities & the knowledge regarding the products we manufacture in our industry. I gained rich experience while leading my college team for the “” competition conducted by NASA, where my team won the award for “Aeronautics research Mission” for the research and design. I got a vast exposure while on training for industrial robots from Mitsubishi electric corporation, Japan & while also visiting various factories in Japan, Italy & Switzerland which are into manufacturing of advanced CNC machines & robotic Technology. All of this helped me in developing our own CNC machines & now my futuristic vision lies in exploring the core Robotics while taking our industrial technology to the all new advanced level.

With my educational background in designing, I feel that along with the core technical aspect of any product, the need to be creative in terms of its technical design as well as its aesthetic design is equally important. So with my expertise in Engineering Drawings, 3D Modelling, Design & Aesthetics, I have a vision that every product that we manufacture be it a simple component or a complex machine, they should be designed in a way that is technically sound and aesthetically magnificient.
